Fort Asch logs missing from Codex

Today I visited Fort Asch, scanned all data/comm links and received all five text+audio logs in my inbox, but they are not showing in my Codex.

The only log shown is from the one comm link that said "Message Corrupted".

Anyone else with same problem?

I think I know what happened:

The date, times, and audio files of all the "Vaccine" logs from the Velasquez Medical Research Centre located in LP 389-95 (which I visited months ago) were replaced with the date, times, location, and audio files from my visit to Fort Asch, and there still are no logs titled Fort Asch or Project Seraph in the Codex.

I submitted this to the Issue Tracker, in case anyone has the same problem.
