Forum Ship of the Year 2017: Round 3 - Who is the Mother Trucker?

Welcome CMDR's,

Today we have round 3 of the Forum Ship of the Year 2017 and it's all about trucking in honour of those crazy mug collectors the Hutton Truckers...

Regardless of cargo which is your first choice for carrying goods from one place to another? Are you a miner who then trades his wares around the bubble or perhaps you are a fish smuggler with a special ship built just for the job? No matter what you carry it's the ship that matters.

Rules are simple but best read!
Currently the Anaconda and the SRV have been voted through to the final so they are now not eligible to be voted for.

Things you cannot vote for... Just to ensure you understand...

SRV
Anaconda

Got it?

That's all there is to it folks, go ahead and vote away. Votes will be counted throughout the day and the poll closes in 48 hours. Also have a great Boxing day no matter how hung over you may be! :D

Voting so far - Still 1 day left so this may all change...

1 x Asp
19 x Python
4 x T10
16 x Cutter
1 x Hauler
2 x Cobra MkIII
1 x Dolphin
2 x Clipper
2 x T9
1 x T6
3 x Corvette
1 x Sidewinder
1 x Beluga
1 x T6

And the winner is... Python! This ship won the overall final last year and has again made it to this years, will it be the winner? Only you can decide that but first we have the combat ships to vote on starting tomorrow.

There is only one ship genuinely eligible for the king of bulk haulage, monarch of the mother truckers, and that is the cutter. Bask in the glory of its 720 tonne payload when fitted with 6A shields and a docking computer, >400 m/s boost speed provided by its 8A thrusters, just don't mention agility near it lest you hurt its feelings...

EDIT: But if the title of mother trucker is in relation to those crazy kids who do insane distances "for the mug" it'd have to be the python as the biggest ship that can land at hutton orbital.

Cobra MKIII.

Very quick and a good size haul can be taken. Who needs shields when you can spin 60T loads around this fast.

For mining: The Anaconda - just becaus it's the cheapest, yet fun to fly fast mining ship

For Trading: The Cutter, but if was newer and hadn't the money and rank for it it would be the T-10 or even the Clipper.

Yeah know what? The Clipper gets too few love - its cheap, has room, is fast and has some range and it was my first "trading ship" anyways, I should give it a go once in while again.
