Newcomer / Intro Found original Thrustmaster T.Flight X after replacing with One

Excuse a repeat of the earlier post that was in Off-topic/HW & Technical - thought I might get more traction here!

I am coming back to the game after many years away, and I thought I had lost my original Thrustmaster T.Flight X HOTAS and eventually after liberating a ton of boxes from storage, couldn't find this one box. Turns out it was mislabelled when it went IN to storage!
So now I have a dilemma - I can't send the One back as it is over 30 days and used (got it off Amazon) and I prefered the X, and think that in general feedback has been better for the X than the One.
Options - keep it as a spare, or sell it on.

What do commanders think - I haven't seen the X in well over a couple of years now and it hasn't been used in a very long time so testing it out later today...What's your view on which of the two is the better joystick.

I have a five-year-old HOTAS-X on a secondary PC and it still works fine - doesn't get used much (teabagging etc) but still, it is working with no issues.

(I also have a brand-new one still in its box, received as a gift four years ago.)

I suspect I will need to reset all the bindings to my original scribbled down settings from back in the day, but will try it out in the tutorials/training so that I don’t fly into the side of the station!!!

I have one Thrustmaster T.Flight X HOTAS up for grabs if anyone is interested. Been on the Facebook market now for the past month. It hasn't been used much thought it was going to be better but I'm old school with a keyboard and mouse.
