This is a great move by FDEV. Just head to the store and pick them up for free.
I have no interest in getting back into PP still, but the Mahon decal means I can have some sort of Alliance logo on my ships. Not sure why there is no Winters one however. I dislike Winters as a power, largely due some of it's player base (which I know is unfair and a generalisation so I'm not that serious with that dislike), but don't see why they should miss out... unless this is a hint at things to come in the story?
