Frontier Needs To Compensate Those Who Are Having Game Killing Issues - but AFTER the issues have been fixed.

Some players have posted that they can't launch the game. Others, myself included, can't get animals to appear in the trade center at all. When purchasing animals with cc's and sending them to the trade center the animals disappear and you are out the amount of cc's that you paid for the animal. I played the beta and was gifted 500 cc's as a 'thank you' to help get started in the full release. But due to the issues I had to restart my franchise and zoo in an attempt and hope that the issue would correct itself. Of course that failed.

On top of all that there is a challenge in the game as well. I can't participate in that challenge because, as stated above, animals are disappearing from the game.

I've experienced the same issue, spent nearly all my cc on two Nile Monitors only to find that they've disappeared.. it's frustrating because now I have no cc and no animals

I really hope they are doing what they did for Planet Coaster by having a few major free updates for the first year & then begin the DLC train one year later.

Just saw another post about this and they said their filters were remaining on even when they exited and restarted the game - turns out that was my issue and my animals were actually still in storage! Might be worth checking if you have the same issue!

Mine just disappeared right at the start of the game essentially taking up all my CC...

Let me set your mind at ease, you're not missing much during the challenge - I got a costume for my avatar, a couple of animals and a few cc. I didn't even know what to expect so it's fine. I expected a gold tier tiger, but maybe I'll get it if I reach the top tier.

I was hoping to reach the top tier in the community challenge too, but Planet Zoo just slapped me hard. I just had 3 new cubs too, which would have made 13 overall, but I wasn't able to click on the reward before the game CTD'd on me. Now I can't launch that zoo at all. Not sure if there's a workaround, or not, but it looks like I just can't play at all. I REALLY don't want to start a new zoo because I've been focusing hard on research. I have all mechanical stuff researched, as well as all diseases and about 20 species.

I've had the same issue with animals not showing up in the trade center but hadn't tried checking my filters so will have to try that later!
PS despite the 'bugs' I have still spent far too long on this game...

This worked by the way. If people haven't already realised that this is why and removed the filters, check this ^

Yea but, I am actually missing that. I am unable to log into the game. I have a game crashing bug that happened on Tuesday night, that was discovered and reported on by multiple people in beta, not fixed as of today (friday) and I am missing much. You may not feel like it's a lot, but to me those are rewards that I love to collect.
This is not aimed at you personally, but I am so saddened when people are not happy about the rewards when someone like me would LOVE to get them and Frontier refuses to extend the community event because of game breaking issues.

Animals starved to death because the keepers deliver food which disappears. Not happy that the game was released with bugs like that in it.

Now the servers are down, can't load my zoo at all.
