Another entry in Support's flawless record. Bonus points for still keeping the friendly and slightly informal (in a good way) tone even though they're probably fielding vast quantities of skimmer bug tickets at the moment.
 
Same here. Really speedy reimbursement of a loss to the falling skimmers, and some guidance on avoiding the issue while they sort it out.

Yeah, it's a shame that this bug is taking up most of their time and causing delays.
 
Yes, FD support are pretty good. If they don't get it right the first time, let them know and they'll try again until they get it right. I'm pleased with their performance.
