We've got our annual Charity Auction prizes ready and lined up for you, waiting to be bid on! The Charity Auction is a part of our annual Charity Livestream for SpecialEffect! During the Auction, you can bid on a whole bunch of cool items in the hopes of winning that prize. These bids are private, so you have to bid what you'd be willing to pay per item. You can bid on as many items as you want, as long as you're aware that you may end up being the highest bidder for multiple! The winners of each unique prize will be contacted directly via email and asked to donate the winning amount to our official Just Giving page for SpecialEffect. Please read the Terms and Conditions below for more information on how to place a bid.
The Auction is open NOW (3 December, 2018) and will end on Monday 10 December, 2018 - 12PM UTC! The highest bidders per item will be contacted by the Frontier Community Team directly via email and asked to donate to our Just Giving page.
How to make a bid:
Have a look at all the available, one-of-a-kind prizes below! Once you see one or more items that you'd like to bid on, simply go to this Google Form and pick your prize from the dropdown list, add the information needed, and click submit. If you want to bid on multiple items, you'll need to submit the form for each one. This bidding starts right now and ends on 10 December, 2018 at 12PM UTC. You will be asked for proof of donation (if you are the highest bidder) before we send your prize.

Here's what's up for Auction:
Dinner with the Developers - An annual Cambridge tradition! Join your favourite Frontier developers for an evening meal on Friday, 1 February 2018, and we're hoping to see EIGHT lucky bidders there to join us. The food and drinks will be on us, but you'll have to make your own way to Central Cambridge; all travel and other expenses is to be paid for by the winning bidders.
Custom King Coaster Hoodie - Our graphic designers have some amazing tricks up their sleeves, but not all of their work is sold on our stores. King Coaster, who was recently voted Most Popular Entertainer, posed specifically for this hoodie! You'd be the only person in the world wearing it!

Planet Coaster Vinyl - This soundtrack is legendary, and what better way to listen to it than on vinyl? We've got a signed copy in the office with your name on it! And if you don't own a record player, you can display its beautiful cover art instead!
Planet Coaster Launch Event Artwork - A true throwback to 2016! We hosted the Planet Coaster launch event in London and had 40 pieces of custom artwork on the walls; we've found two more lying around and they've been signed by the Frontier team. A bit of nostalgia for you, so this set can be yours if you want it. Please note that you're bidding on two A3-sized artworks.

Terms and Conditions for Charity Auction
- The auction is part of the Just Giving campaign for SpecialEffect and will end on 10 December, 2018 at 12PM UTC.
- Bids are only accepted if made directly through this Google Form.
- You must be over 18 years old to be able to place a bid.
- Winners will be contacted shortly after 10 December 2018 and will be required to reply within 48 hours.
- If no response is received within the 48 hours, we will move on to the next eligible bid.
- Payments should be made the Just Giving page before the event on December 17, 2018.
- Frontier reserve the right to edit or replace any auction prizes with an alternative prize of equal or greater value should any of them become unavailable.
- Frontier can re-arrange the “Dinner with the Developers” evening as required by giving a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
- Your contact details are handled with utmost respect by the Community and Purchasing team only, and prizes will be dispatched after proof of payment has been received and at our discretion (i.e. Christmas holidays).
