Have any hints or guesses been made regarding what technology already developed could be used in Elite?
With Kinect animals and zoo tycoon I'm assuming they own the rights to these and just need to add some funky procedural god like engine to spawn some crazy creatures?
Also although I only ever saw screenshots of the outsider (while periodically checking for years if a new Elite was planned) I'm also assuming the work done on this could be used?
Could two years from now be realistic for completion?
So by the time No Mans Sky and SC are finished, ED will have already have trumped them, and probably be slated for copying procedural generation yadda yadda.
