I presume you mean a SCO FSD drive

Try INARA just fill in the type you need and your location in the boxes and press the search button and it will give a list of locations.

Assuming you mean the engineered size 5 it can be found in lots of places including
Polanski City in Wodiwodi
But IIRC they are in the Tech Brokers not outfitting.

As for SCO drives an Inara search will help.
