FSS camera

Silly question, but I'm not in the beta...

Does the camera control in FSS the same way as the ship/external cam ie full pitch/roll/yaw, or is it a simple up/down/left/right?

simpler, yeah, but with tuning and stepped zoom. I bound my twist axis to tuning and two buttons on my ch throttle back to zoom, fyi. It’s quite intuitive actually. Few minor issues regarding speed and whatnot, but really easy to use.

P.S. It has its own set of keybinds...

Edit: to clarify, there’s no roll. Doesn’t need it either tbh.

I have mine bound to my joystick hat, up/down/left/right, I think you can do yaw etc but I don't bother.

Roll could be useful to align the ecliptic plan to the blue dots. It should be introduced.
