successfully rescued Commanders of Elite: Dangerous!
To properly prepare for that great event, the Fuel Rats Artists Collective calls for a 100,000 Rescues POSTER CONTEST! SQUEAK!!

Frontier promised a real-world HOTAS controller for the winner. 2nd and 3rd place will get Community Packs, and there might even be something added by the 3301 founder of the Fuel Rats, Surly Badger.

You are most welcome to submit your poster to the contest by sending it to The Fuel Rats Artists Collective. Deadline will be the day we hit 100,000 rescues or December 24 (3306), whichever happens fist. The board will then cast their votes in different categories: how it works as an event poster, artistic merit, or effort, for example. The works will be published when the 100,000th rescue has been accomplished.

WE HAVE A WINNER!!!

The Fuel Rats Artists Collecitive's Board has voted for Commander Òssa Major's poster as 1st place, winning the HOTAS controller.
Congratulations Commander!

Decision wasn't easy for the Art Board.
Ranked 2nd is Commander pSyren Farseer
and 3rd rank has become CMDR Dakkonfire
both eligible for a Community Pack by Frontier!

Then,there are 10 more posters, which are very, very impressive as well. All of them fantastic works of Poster Art!
We will display the posters later, and are very honoured to have received so many brilliant submissions.
Also, the FRAC website will be updated soon, accordingly.

Congratulations to Ossa Major and all the other winners. There were some terrific submissions and it was a close run thing with no two of the judges agreeing on the exact ranking of the top three.

Here comes the complete list of the ranking! We are currently deciding whether we will publish all works right now, or wait until 100k is reached.
Let me also stress that it has been a pretty close call among many of the poster submissions, so a lower ranking does not automatically mean that the poster is "not as good", it just might have touched the Board Rats in a different way.
