Game freezing entire PC, forced to hard reboot

Sometimes my game freezes and the mouse no longer responds and I must hard reboot by holding down the power button on my desktop tower, which immediately turns the computer off, then I have to power on again and reboot Windows. What can I do about this?

My old computer did that so often I got a new computer. I hope you find a cheaper solution.

My old PC had same problem, my issue ended up being an over hest problem. Main cpu cooler was checked. Each time I got to station with other cmdrs in workload made it heat up.
