Game is a buggy mess! I want a refund.

Or is Frontier the kind of people to laugh and say yea whatever, we got your money. Too bad for you.

If you played the game for less than 2 hours and owned it for less than two weeks, you can request a refund here: https://help.steampowered.com/en/

I mean it’s up to you but if the bugs annoy you that much I would just wait it out until some more updates. I didn’t really play when there was that big money losing bug nor some other major bugs cause I didn’t want to risk losing the zoo I had already build. And I didn’t have much time anyway so those bugs came at the right time.

This is why I normally wait for a game to be out at least six months before buying it. First, many bugs are fixed by then. Second, I usually can get it on sale, so if the game is rubbish, I don't feel like I'm out that much $$.

1. For my part, the newly introduced bugs have completely stopped me playing the game.

2. Yeah.. great patches that broke the game even more! It actually were the patches that started to make the game completely unplayable. Before it was bugged but playable. Now it's pointless to continue playing since you can't do aynthing else than managing the consequences of the bugs as soon as you hit the "unpause" button...
