I believe Starfield might be set within the Fallout Universe and you can find some Proof for it already.

You can see a few unique ones but also a Securitron, a Robot that resembles a Assaultron, a Mister Handy and in Front of it on the Ground a Eyebot can be seen
On this Concept Art you can see the famous blue and yellow Colors of Vault Tec.
This Color Scheme can also be seen in one Part of the released Gameplay Footage and the Laser Weapon we see looks similar to a Laser Weapon from Fallout

-the Year is 2330 which is set after the current Fallout Games
-there is a Fan Theory that suggests that Vault Tecs Experiments in the Vaults might've been conducted to gain important Knowledge for Space Travel
-the Nuka World Amusement Park has a Attraction that is sponsored by Vault Tec within its Galactic Zone, which shows what a Vault on Arcturus Prime, a far away Planet might look like
-inside that Attraction we can also find Mister Handy Robots that care for the Inhabitants, which suggests that Vault Tec probably had some Deal with General Atomics to use their Robots in Space
-the crashed Space Station in Fallout 76 (didn't play this one yet, so it's just a Guess) also seems to have some Connection to Vault Tec, at least I think so due to the blue and yellow Entrance
I wonder if we might even encounter Ghouls (which would be perfect for Space Travel due to their Immunity to Radiation and their low Food Requirements) and Zetans
