Interesting. 2.03 asked the question on starting about letting the game find the right settings for my hardware and told me graphics was set to High. 2.04 just told me it was being set to Ultra. Wonder why?

FD use UTC, which is the same as GMT during the winter months.

seriously though. does daily updates potentially mean daily downtime for the servers?
I would have thought that if FD are using a cloud service like AWS then the would be able to run an active/active setup with warm restarts and graceful session termination rather than simply going entirely offline. Of course that does depend if ED is programmed to be stateless etc. to allow for sessions to migrate from server instance to server instance. we be a terrible shame if it wasn't.

Please stop resetting my options every patch! I see nothing about options file format changing in the change logs, so why do you keep resetting it? I shouldn't have to remap my controls and reset my graphics every time I log in.

Since the update, it's taking AGES to enter hyperdrive and ages to get out of hyperspace - in fact it didn't get into Hyperdrive just now - sat there for ever and had to end the game.

Is this likely to just be server issues after the update?

Thanks for the update, I may have found a bug.

Accepted mission in 39 Tauri, Porta station: retrieve black box from Yin Sector C29. Could not find this. Picked a system nearby, Tascheter Sector FW-W C1-29, ... and now I am stuck in witch space.

PS that CTRL-F10 is pretty cool, is that the render pipeline?

Edit. had to kill E, esc not working in witch space. After restart I was at the destination. Wonder if I'm going to find a black box...

Edit 2, not the only one stuck in witch space, lol
