A lot of server problems since 2.05. 1. spinning ship is a long time spinning until it connects. 2. when ingame: a lot of connection errors and back to main menu.

Aha, and I just have! They have been turned on in 2.05.
Unfortunately, they are asking for Combat Stabilisers, which (at least in 2.04 and before), don't actually seem to exist for sale anywhere in the Galaxy.

Same for me. Update, Start eventually appeared but still got the spinning sidewinder issue :-( Suppose I go do something else instead tonight :-(

Have just tried pinging the main servers and the connection is timing out, not the game at fault. Tried a tracert and it gets as far as 79.125.0.7 before timing out, doing a look up this is part of amazon web services.

Previous version: The server load reduce optimization really kicked in (and everybody else out).
Current version: For me it works with upnp disable in Solo Play
Mission number looks normal
Cartographics: Nothing to sell at all. I'm at Sharon Lee Free Market (Why do I always read Flee market ?)
Commodities: No High Demand at all (not fixed at that station), 5 Med all in all (also a very low number)
Ranking: Looks Good (Wow did not notice I gained an Explorer Rank)

More to test later

It's also not the game that was sold to us. Some people just don't give a hoot about online playing, and if we could get back to our PCs to do just that, we'd be fine. Sadly, we can't.

I was playing solo and after alt+tab I couldn't go back into game (this happens a lot lately) => Start game again and I can't even hit START

Got onto 54.155.255.140:19364 [unconnected]
Clicked into friends and groups
clicked back and forth through menus
back to main menu and server now connected but start button greyed out
back and forth through a few more menus and start button active
Start>private groups> selected group> spinning MKIII

So close...
