I got kicked several times too and all the kicks had one thing in common, I was in the middle of fighting Anacondas each time.

Looks like a failure in their cloud solution. Need to ask the provider to fire up more resource. Perhaps if we had an off line version!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have to say, after a week of no play (dam training course!!) I felt that Gamma had really lept on. Sound for one seemed more polished and more, well there!. Looking good team.

Don't forget the multitude of players in the starting regions bringing prices down as well :p I have also seen a dip as well even when I moved to farther systems, I tell you if I see any change

So far with Beta and Gamma i have had a smooth ride. No major issues and only the occasional disconnect, which has made it very pleasant. I feel for all the players having issues though, having read all the forum posts regarding disconnects and spinning red ships of death.

I work with IT systems and often test new versions of software packages. I have seen many times new features added that knock out old pre-existing features that were not changed, so i get the whole way this Beta/Gamma process is supposed to work.

I do however find it very strange that with Gamma 2.05 the game has become almost unplayable overnight. I had 6 matchmaking server disconnects today within 30 minutes and in the end gave up playing.

I really hope that the Dev's are working on the issue and will release a patch today, as there is not much time left before launch.

I need to also give my thanks to them for all their hard work and creating such a great game that brings back all the memories from my childhood. I hope DB is providing pizza for all the late night working!!

Well... Been DC'ing too, so used the time between restarts on:
-Doing the dishes
-going to shop w the missys
-warmed the sauna
-had some food
-Went to sauna ( w the missys ;) )
-planned Xmas w the missys
-etc....

So not a big loss :)
