Keeping fingers crossed on this one :)

I really hope trading is part of the server side (incoming) and is fixed and working properly in this one ;)

Edit: Just downloaded and logged into the game and trading prices appear worse than before :(

yaih , angry "traders" that means tey fixed it , tnx fd

Gamma 2.06 downloaded.

Black screen for 5 minutes, then stuttering orange ship thought it was going to crash at this point but game loaded.

Grafix very jerky and had to drop down to high setting but to no avail.

Joined USS and got a server error then after four attempts to rejoin only to get the cannot retrieve commander error message I Have rebooted PC and I am about to try again 07

OK please forgive me for quoting my own post but better than editing after others have posted.

The reboot seems to have cleared the dead wood and cobwebs out and I am now in game and it looks nice and smooth.

Nice work FD.

And please disregard the previous post and I would suggest reboot after updates if you seem to be getting latency and logging problems. Though I am assuming most would try this themselves ;)

It makes them less saturated. It won't stop players saturating a market - but it's not supposed to. It will prevent the AI from doing so though.

Michael can you please confirm or deny if the same tweak has been made to the black market when it comes to illegal (but not stolen) goods? The current state is so reduced in profit that I am pretty sure players are not saturating it and I just want to know something changed before I start testing again as it is a time consuming process.

Everything appears OK except I'm not seeing any missions at all. i tried 3 stations in 2 systems, but the mission list is empty every time.

Edit: Fixed itself now, sever weirdness I suppose.

Trading must still be broken when i can buy none leathal Weapons on the same station as a Misson i got 10 sek bevor....

Please bear in mind that what weeks of background AI trading has broken, can't be fixed in minutes after patch. All the market mechanics may need time to kick-in.

If you find one trade route depleted, do yourself a favor and venture few systems away and check for other possibilities. I did this way and found a system with both Agricultural and Industrial stations and started hauling Tea - Marine Equipment for total income of 70k per route (72T cargohold), in 10 minutes. It really is worth going out and looking for more opportunities. If you stick to one oversaturated system, you'll have a bad day.

Update has worked well so far, only one server error, managed a profitable trade, loads of missions of a good variety and orbit lines go around planets again. Getting there!

- Changed the "waste" category to "other" and added the new commodity "slaves" to it

What about regular, non-imperial slaves?
The trade category called other on the galaxy map now shows imperial slaves, but where are the other slaves: can you only get them dropped by npc ships?
Have they been removed from the markets?

Did I never see the steam and fluff in a station doc before?......

Waste is still on the commodities list in the first starport I used...

Black market also got a margin increase as well as reducing the AI.

Does anyone know a fix, for ED only showing primary monitor under graphic options. i play on a secondary monitor, but ed will not accept a change, and keeps defaulting to primary.

I think its just something missing from Graphics.xml

Some trade values do look a bit weird but at least now whats sold and bought and system types makes sense.

One question though, what's up with all the illegal stuff ? Is breaking the law somehow mandatory for progress ?
