Newcomer / Intro Gaurdian structure issue need Help

Hi all I am currently landed in the SYNUEFE IL-N C23-19 B 2
and I have just activated all the pylons and I am trying to place the Ancient relic on the small platform
but for the life of me I cannot get it to land in the right place ..as the srv drops the item at least 3 metres away from the back of my SRV
I have attached an image ..that shows how far away the actual relic jettisons and I have no idea how to get it to land on the spot accurately as it changes slightly with each jettison been at this for an hour now ..what am I doing wrong ...??????? also youtube link of dilemma https://youtu.be/znWD0IkUTP4

Dunno.

So I place my SRV so it's facing that main structure (seen in the left of your image), so the back bit of the SRV is just where the relic is standing, and the front bit of the SRV is kinda just around the front lip of the metal plate.

You got all 6 pylons right? It's hard to tell from the image, the white bit should light up lfully like this : https://youtu.be/i6Ic9ED6H9o?t=753

even after igniting all the Pylons its a Key not an relic ???? how on earth can you tell one site from another as its a gaurdian structure and I was just after the date from the ALTAR ???

Not sure, there may be a way, but clearly it's not obvious enough.

I suppose I'd better look into this Guardian malarkey at some point. At the moment, the only thing I want is the FSD booster.

ETA this thread has a paperclip flag to it ... can't see what that indicates. A download of some kind?

Looks like the OP managed to upload images - better to use something like imgur - quite surprised they were allowed to do uploads.

You should ask Down To Earth Astronomy - if his guide isn't clear that is something he should fix. Plenty of guides to show to get the various blueprints etc, especially in the Aliens subforum.
