As I said some of us did a search about a year ago and I seem to remember there was a list of visited systems posted on this thread to cut down on repetition.

Ya i remember doing a nebula search back then. I seem to remember the search was centered at a distance from sol though. Oh well... I looked in Wredguia OV-X C14-6 and a couple others last night. Will have to see about updating it.

Hmm, according to wikipedia, Saraswati is one of a trinity.

edit: Also there are variations in spelling depending on where you look - the GCS SarasVati apparently uses the sanskrit.

Didn't find anything of note over by HIP 40225 , at least not yet. I'm now poking about in the Pleiades - trying to find where systems with non human signal sources fade out and see if there is anything on the "margins" - especially toward "guardian" space.

Jameson supposedly delivered the mycoid in 3151, thunderchild went dark in '69 (assuming 3169) - if we're going to speculate about a link between Jameson and thunderchild, I'd go with JJ's child being involved (the one he's sending the logs to).

Except he’d have been around 20+ when he “went dark”, however his son (grandson?) was Luko from Reclamation & Premonition so I guess he must have survived. Beginning to look like Thunderchild isn’t Jameson-related.

Luko is implied to be dark wheel and more than just a humble trader, but not a direct jameson family member iirc.

For starters luko is hardcore still speaks italian in 3300s italian which neither the ryders or jameson are shown to be.

The inherited ancient cobras seem to be a dark wheel thing and not exclusivly a jameson thing. ( i.e. rebecca's ancient cobra
Saying luko is a jameson because he inherited a cobra makes as much sense as saying hammer is rafe's relative cause they both had anacondas and hammer inherited his conda.

I think Alyssia Verdi was Luko’s daughter, & if so is therefore a relation of the engineer Lori Jameson. Could really do with a family tree drawing to keep track of all the characters!

Simulacrae posted on the Quest for Raxxla (https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threads/the-quest-to-find-raxxla.168253/post-8742768) and it appears he is pondering a relationship between Earth’s Equinoxes and Project Equinox (& location of Sarasvati). I don’t remember this line of thought being discussed here, but the reasoning behind the project name has puzzled me & this is a possible explanation -anybody pursued it? The Club’s efforts to retain their control of humanity was “Project Dynasty”, so there is precedent for this name to be meaningful. Might allow us to make some progress...

Edit: I suspect the name “Project Equinox” may be meaningful in some way, but of course it may not relate to Earth’s equinoxes. In any case not sure how to take precession etc into account to allow for the date (log says 5 years after Thargoid war, so what’s the date implication? Need to clarify the timeline here). But the name may have other interpretations?

Definitions: 1) the time when the sun crosses the plane of the earth's equator, making night and day of approximately equal length all over the earth and occurring about March 21 (vernal or spring equinox) and September 22 (autumnal equinox ).

2) It is the equilibrium of day and night and this represents the light and darkness in our lives...transition between a period of good & evil?

3) Autumn equinox -> “winter is coming”! ☃

So given a megaship’s likely jump range I’m assuming Sarasvati was stationed in Sheron and started operating in 3155. Does that fit in with any interpretation of Equinox?

The Jotunheim LP message intercept mentions “Project Thunderchild Unit 01”; did we conclude Project Thunderchild was a project set up to create an AI ship, with Sarasvati as the first, and then it was sent out to Sheron on a mission under Project Equinox to monitor that region of space for Thargoid activity?

Or was Thunderchild an AI robot that crewed Sarasvati??

Now that Thargoids have been found in the Coalsack Nebula, there may be the possibility for new clues relating to Project Equinox and Project Thunderchild to be uncovered. Does the above described line trigger any thoughts under those tinfoil hats commanders?

The Adamastor event has made it clear that the first Thargoid contact occurred earlier than had previously been shared with the public. Did GalCop know about the geological site in Musca Dark Region PJ-P B6-1?

I suspect Galcop wouldn’t have know; the mysterious organisation behind the expedition and secret research base out towards Barnard’s Loop sounds more like a Club front to me- I have a strong suspicion that The Club founded INRA and the other “black specops” teams that we’ve heard about.

I suspect that your line is happenstance, though you never know. But Coalsack & WitchHead nebulae might be good locations for more Equinox ships/installations.

Edit: a while ago some of us tried, unsuccessfully, to find other Equinox assets based on the assumptions of geometrical location & number of units. See earlier in thread.
