Yee Haaaaa, just got back in on Monday 16/12/24 at 19:00 and got my contribution to CG for the FSD's - I was getting worried I wouldn't get back in (but I had my 2M CR's for the decal from Wednesday) WHEW!
GeForce Now patching process extremely slow

Well, it's been a solid few weeks of gameplay but it's patch day again tomorrow. And since it's officially a beta release for colonisation we can probably expect a bunch of mini-updates in the following weeks as Fdev make tweaks. We may be facing an arid patch in GeforceNow Epic availability.
Ooooops, yes, I'm expecting not to be able to play until Sat/Sun minimum. Then another 3-4 days when they patch again next week. Uuuugh!
Just got in from work after sending a Cust Services ticket and feedback yesterday - and IN.
I am not interested in Colonisation as I think Thargoids are maybe due for a return.
If no Thargoids, then I may reconsider colonisation if balanced for SOLO PLAYERS.
I will however, get my Mandalay for free (well, in-game CR anyways - I have Billions)

Anyone wanting to play with the only option on Epic on Nvidia GeForce Now, please raise a cust support ticket to NVidia and raise feedback - issues - to get this update patched ASAP.
This happens every time a client patch is updated (not a server side update only) and I am totally sick of 3-4 days wait to get the update working.

Ohhhhh, here we go again. I was unable to play from 6th to 11th March due to Epic GeForceNow not patching.
Another 3/4/5 days for me not access with cust support tickets and feedback with Trailblazers 2.

It's not a graphics card issue, just Nvidia being sloooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwww to update their cloud gaming platform (GeForce Now) when FDev release a client update. Two platforms for ED are supported by Nvidia - their Steam platform gets updated almost straight away, but their Epic platform often takes days (and the game remains unplayable until Nvidia install the client update).
Great - been trying and sending Feedback each day - Issues. I will try to play tonight.
I' had about 6 days playable in last 3 weeks due to Trailblazers release and then Updates 1 and 2.
Needless to say I am not doing anything PP2 or Colonisation - after each update I would have to wait 4 or 5 days.
I'm in at last.
Really only filling FC with minimum items for an Outpost - even if I don't ever do Colonisation Outpost once, I can sell them and don't give a darn about profit loss of minor CR for CMM, Al, Steel, etc,
After filling up FC with these now, I made incredible profit by selling over 11,000T Tritium to make room for these. I will buy it back if needed at my goto site - Xinca!

Lets hope this is the case, but I don't honestly see it happening every time an update happens.
Just tried for TB Update 3 - cannot connect - lets hope NVidia patch the Epic version as quick as TB Update 2 (same day!)

Anyone else having trouble with the GFN Epic client? The "Play" button is now available again in the ED launcher, but when I press it I get an Nvidia error "can't connect to" plus the region name (I've tried a couple of regions). GFN Steam runs fine, so it's just GFN Epic that's borked.

could be unrelated but I was in twice yesterday and fine both times.
But in the evening had problems - I launched the game on NVidia GeForceNow with Epic, but when I pressed play - nothing. Just went back to the PLAY button.
I will try later tonight Saturday.
