Are the geological signs on the planets changing? Is it possible, for example, that there are 10 signals and then I log in again in 1 week and then there is no signal there or only 3 signals? Or does each planet have a certain amount of signals whose number does not change? I tried to examine the signs systematically all the way through, but in the meantime I took a couple of weeks off and when I re-entered, the signs appeared differently. There were fewer or no signs on the planet.

They stay the same. They can take a while to re-appear once you relog - about as long as it takes to resolve them initially 
Yeah, I understand. So, if there were 10 signs a couple of weeks ago, will there be 10 signs left after several weeks? It only takes time to log in again until the signs reappear in my list. So if I logged in to the game again, I would just wait a few minutes for everything to update.
So far they should remain... Otherwise all the raw material sites with shards would not work for all the people visiting them... My 2 cents...
As far as I know they have moved twice since horizons dropped, I guess it's not as serious an issue now we have the FSS, but when the only way to find them was spending hours or days searching planets good mat sources juts vanishing was an big issue. I am hoping with the codex now out the features may be more persistant, after all it gives planet locations where features can be found so they must be recording these details on a server somewhere. We shall see, maybe airless bodies will be altogether unaffected when Odyssy drops.
