Giraffe wrangling

Just a silly title...but seriously, what the heck are the zookeeper and the giraffe doing in the background of this screenshot?

From a distance it looks as if the keeper has his arms raised but on closer inspection they are down by his sides, so the keeper is simply walking. The giraffe is probably pooping

Well, he's trying to take the giraffe for a walk, of course and it doesn't want to go.
