Hi coaster friends,
Wow, we were absolutely overwhelmed by the amount of submissions for the Go-Karts competition! We received over 300 incredibly gorgeous Go-Karts tracks, themed to perfection and ready for a race! After careful consideration we narrowed it down to a top 5, voted by the Planet Coaster team based on originality, ingenuity, creativity, and usability. We're so proud of all of the awesome work you have done, so don't think for a second we weren't blown away by yours even though you didn't make it in the top.
5. Whitesider - Castle Racing
Planet Coaster Team: "The angled buildings provide such character and it's superbly lit. It is a great looking track with a wonderful centrepiece of a palace with many spires jutting out at all angles and odd walls above tracks adorned with flowers."

4. Rudi Rennkamel - Clockwork Karts
Planet Coaster Team: "Just blew a lot of us away in the office, fantastic idea! It combines some original theming with excellent scenery building. We love how the tracks as a whole is encapsulated into the pocketwatch which works on its own as a scenery piece. Very innovative!"

3. Kimattacks - The Great Movie Race
Planet Coaster Team: "This makes fantastic use of different themes plus it has a shark!!! It's so varied in its design and has made great use of the FX emitters and animatronics."

2. Posse - Pirate Speedway
Planet Coaster Team: "Really love how densely populated the Pirate Speedway track is, there's always something to look at. Awesome theming style, great track, and a lovely use of in-game items. The entrance arch with the shipwreck props is gorgeous; what a way to style a track!"

1. TrickyPlaysGames - Princess Amelie's Castle Karts
Planet Coaster Team: "Love the symmetry, love the scenery. This would make a great centerpiece in any park. The flawless symmetry is great and the castle is very well built; it also looks incredibly beautiful at night."
