 OK - what game are you playing and where can I get a copy? :p

I suppose she's playing Elite Dangerous: Reshade, version 3.0. :p

I've just made the switch from the "old" EDFX/Reshade 2.0 to Reshade 3.0...still fiddling with the gazillion shaders and sliders available, but the results you can get, from subtle to eye-popping amazeballs, are always worth in my opinion, hard to play again vanilla after that:

There also the 4K resolution adding to the beauty there, but I hope you get the point. :D
Also mind (but you really shouldn't with a 1080Ti) that effects can get a bit heavy on resources, where you see those 25 fps in the first screenshot, I was actually making around 45 with Reshade disabled (GTX 1060 3GB, everything on ultra).

- EDIT -

Adding something a bit more gratuitous. :p

Don't know if this is an actual physics thing that they have implemented or if its a bug, but the meteorites in this ring are rotating around the planet it seems. You can see them move.
This station btw was so close to the rings that you could see them from a distance while in real space.

Edit: seems to be a bug but only visible on certain plances near the station PRE Logistics Support Alpha in 42 n Persei. Got a video if anyone is interested in seeing it.

It's an actual physics thing that the bits of rock or ice that make up a ring are orbiting the planet, so they do move.

There is (or at least used to be) a bug where if you were close enough to a ring to see the individual bits but in an instance gravitationally governed by something other than that ring (usually another ring inside or outside the one being observed, but stations could have the same issue) you would see them moving ridiculously fast.

If you can see them move at an appreciable pace and not just a slow drift then that's probably what you're seeing.
