Welcome to the hunt. Your thinking about the Pilots Federation District makes sense, except that it was not locked until about three years ago. One of the few things we're confident of is that Raxxla has been in the game longer than that.

I realized I didn't have a link to the tracker on the front page. That's probably because I wanted people to have to go through the search guides before finding it. But you know what, it's there now.
