Group megaships that multiple player systems benefit from

This would be a way to get those megaships that roam the bubble to expand out to player made systems, and give people building near each other a reason to communicate and help each other out!
  • A megaship provides boosts to all systems within a 30LY radius of it's sponsor system, increasing Development Level, Wealth, and Tech level by a moderate amount regardless of if it's actually in system at the moment.
  • The megaship will also stock and sell commodities based on the system it's currently in, but these commodities come with it to new systems. Eg it may load 2 million steel while parked in a system with a dominant Refinery economy, then jump to one with a dominant Industrial economy and still sell that steel until it's reserves have been exhausted (Which will then restock when it returns to the Refinery system).
  • Each system may only sponsor one megaship, and it may only do so if it has an existing T2 or T3 port (AKA has a large landing pad).
  • The megaship will alternate between jumping to systems who's architects contributed at least 20% of it's construction/it's sponsor system, and all other inhabited systems in the area
This will help bring neighbors together to make something everyone benefits from, as well as help boost new colonies and bring more life to your systems! There should likely be a limit on megaship density within a given area, especially when players get into the deep core, but it's hard to pick a good number that doesnt also cause younger systems to get less visits. Initial thought was one per 15LY Radius, so you can get megaship overlap, but i'm unsure.
