Engineers Guardian PDist and extra power still not working ?

Or am I supposed to also install a Guardian PP ?
The in-game description of the Guardian Hybrid PDist doesn't suggest it :
"Also boosts overall power output of any power plant"

If broke, have FD acknowledged it ? say they will fix it?

It should give you a power output of 104% in the modules tab.
