I know the guest AI system is still being tweaked, so it may be awhile before this makes it in-game. Regardless...
It would be really cool if guests didn't always do what they were supposed to! Obviously in previous RCT installments, angry guests would break things. Of course that should be implemented. But there are plenty other deviant acts guests can do!
But also have some guests go off-path and explore things.
Have some check out staff-only sections.
Have some sneak into the park or on rides without paying.
Have some steal, whether from others or from shops.
Have some draw graffiti.
Have some be obnoxious or loud.
Then put in security to hopefully catch those evil deviants [big grin]
Perhaps the specific violation/number of times caught can affect how guards deal with it, aka warn the guest or kick them out of the park.
