OP was unlucky. Sometimes it pays to know the layout of neighbouring systems.
Yup, there are a few systems in my area I ignore missions for if they are the target system. Because there is a chance it will want me to travel 200-500kls.
The show in galactic map, then open system map helps too. But yer that is like remembering the stations name and pressing 2 buttons to check if it has very far stuffz !
Nobody has time for those shenanigans ! I still get caught out even though I know about it though, its the +++++ or the 50,000,000 that always gets me
Never take a courier job that offers ++++ damn sneaky things offering an extra + then sending you 500kls !
