Has anyone found a quintuple planet configuration?

Throughout my travels I've been fortunate enough to come across a few quadruple planets before, both in an ((12)(34)) and an (((12)3)4) configuration, but I have never seen a quintuple planet before. I was wondering if anyone here has. If so, please share a screenshot!

I believe there has been a few, found a couple of fours myself but they get harder to find. Orvidius would be the one to ask!
