how can it be many of the habitats ore buildings you have subscribed to the Sandbox game are locked in franchise even though you have researched everything

I know for sure you can't load zoos on franchise. A building or a habitat should be unlocked in franchise, if you researched everything in that franchise game and have the coin to pay them.

yes i know u cant start a permade zoo in fanchise... But i have startede a new franchise game and i have researched everything and yes i have tons of money but still i have a pathlock icon on many of the habitat ore buildings in my franchise game and it is very very anoying

Mostly the problem is that you haven't researched all the "fun items" for animals. You could open the enclosure/zoo in sandbox, remove all the fun items and try it again

Thank you very much for your answer and must say it makes sense with what you say, and it is clear enough that if you have not researched for example flamingo then you obviously do not have access to flamingo habitat
