Help to find Checkpoints (Anarchy-Systems)

Hi,
i want to get my third Elite-Rank (Combat) and saw this efficient guide:

But i cant find Checkpoints in Anarchy/Outbreak-Systems. I cant find any Checkpoints in any Systems, but Wiki says that they should also be in Civil War/War/Lockdown-Systems. Do they no longer exist? Or must there be a certain size of the population? It would be nice if somebody could give me some hints here

Dude, that guide is three years old. A lot has changed inbetween, including the arrival of Odyssey. Nowadays, people who want to farm combat rank apparently go for Thargoids.

I know, the last Rank i got was with Thargoids and i know this guide is old. Thats why i asked if the method still works

Update- the guide still works it took a while but i finally found some checkpoints in an Outbreak / Anarchy-System and killing Elite-Eagles ever since- only 14% left to become "Dangerous"
