Help with transparent flexicolor glass (Blender)

So for several days now, I've been trying to make a simple triangular glass pane. I can get the object into the game, but no matter what suffixes I use on my textures, it always comes out as a reflective opaque with no flexicolor options in game. Does anybody know the correct naming conventions for transparent flexicolor glass, and do I need to use transparencies in my textures to achieve this?

My current textures are:
Glass_GS_GS
Glass_GS_F1

I feel like I'm missing something here.
