What you call some trash talk is what I and other fathers try to protect our children from hearing. If I heard anyone talk to my son that way I would be on the war path as any dad should be.
The attitude of some people thinking that profanity is cool is just utter stupidity.
Would they dare to talk that to anyone in real life or even at work? No. Because all of the little boys that act this way have had a poor upbringing with little to no respect for others or themselves - you may be OK with some trash talk but expect other to make a judgement on you based on this - swearing is for those who have little to no intelligence.
Yes, yes they do. As a matter of fact organizations that you depend on every day have been doing it for centuries.

Nice to see them keeping it clean for the cameras, ask anyone who has been through boot camp how clean they keep it.
It's crude but effective, so that you don't have moments like this.

In an environment where you have nothing to motivate people but your voice. You stick with what works.
If that's how you think people should be spoken to and organised and managed, then you have no idea how to manage, co-ordinate and organise people. The fact you started this reply with "I don't care" says all I need to know about you. I'd get an infraction if I gave you my honest opinion of you on the forum. I'll not waste my time with you any further, but any players who behave like those in the video, are not welcome here.
Quite simply, it works. And as I said, if you don't like it, all you have to do is not get involved. People join those corps because they expect a strict and disciplined structure, and you're only going to get that one way over a microphone when you have to deal with the worst as well as the best.
