If that's how you think people should be spoken to and organised and managed, then you have no idea how to manage, co-ordinate and organise people. The fact you started this reply with "I don't care" says all I need to know about you. I'd get an infraction if I gave you my honest opinion of you on the forum. I'll not waste my time with you any further, but any players who behave like those in the video, are not welcome here.

Swearing is just words, and depending on where and how you grow up, they will have varying degrees of impact. I don't think it shows a lack of intelligence, because if you can understand what they are communicating then they achieved what they set out to do. Swearing offers a succinct and passionate emotive language that children should probably not be included in and I agree that this type of language used on a child is wholly unnecessary. But I wouldn't consider someone unintelligent if they used emotive language.
In example: A phallus engorging, excrement consumer is not as emotive or impacting as a d... sucking... etc etc.
That you would want to use those terms to describe someone in a game you are playing with suggests a type of person I just wouldn't want to play with. But I would say you are as likely to find someone here that speaks that way as you are in any game. It is a common way to behave online.
Oh and I have heard people speak that way at work... quite commonly. IT industry has some socially inept characters and I often wonder how they keep their jobs.

Profanity is a normal occurrence in the military. However, this kind of undisciplined, unprofessional *behavior* is not the normal mode of leadership.

In an environment where you have nothing to motivate people but your voice. You stick with what works.
Quite simply, it works. And as I said, if you don't like it, all you have to do is not get involved. People join those corps because they expect a strict and disciplined structure, and you're only going to get that one way over a microphone when you have to deal with the worst as well as the best.

And joining a group with that kind of strict environment is 100% voluntary. They are up front about it, they tell you that if you screw up you will get called on it, and after it's done? The other 4 hours of your night gaming are spent joking and laughing, so it's whatever.
How hard is it to understand that people CHOOSE these groups because they consider the rough discipline a BENEFIT?
Perhaps they NEED to be in a group because they can't handle the game on their own? Or perhaps they just like listening to weapons grade atismu for lulz
