Why not make a "macro" for screenshots if you don`t want to use multiple keys? Most mice now a day`s have multiple buttons. If you use an Hotas it will probably have more than enough buttons.
Luckily I have an old Logitech G15 keyboard, which has 18 programmable function keys and three memory slots (so 54 extra keys for macro`s) ;)

I use Playclaw for both screenshots and video recording. 2 button combo to start and stop recording and 1 button to take a screen shot. You map the buttons.

Neither F10 or Alt+F10 works for me : / Playing Odyssey, in Solo all the time, none of my AMD Adrenaline driver key mapping overlap with Alt+F10. Took some high res screenshots some months back, it worked then, didn't install any other applications since then, and now neither worked as mentioned:(
