Hints for finding Biological POIs

I thought I’d have a hunt for some of these biological POIs but, so far, no luck.

I’ve left Explorer’s Anchorage and ambled my way inside a nebula, as I think they’re more common in nebulae?

Any hints for which types of bodies are worth scanning? Landable obviously, but any preferred distance from star, type of star etc?

Do a search on this forum for biological POI.

There's some about 1600 LY outside of the bubble. You'll find 4 planets, each has the high grade, all you can eat materials (different material for each planet). Go fill up, then come back and trade down. Go fill up again.

You probably know this already and are looking for "new" biologicals. These are the only ones I've heard of/visited or encountered.
