Newcomer / Intro HOTAS problem

Hi total noob question but in my pilot training my Thrustmaster in game is constantly moving up or down instead of being still. All buttons work fine roll is fine both ways. It's just pitch. Anyone else have this? is it a simple setting problem? Cheers for any advice.

It may just be that Elite is very sensitive to your joystick. Go into the controller settings within Elite and increase the deadzone slider for the pitch axis.

all you need to do is decrease the sensitivity . Go to options controlls and look under flight rotation and increase the pitch axis joy y-axis deadzone a bit . That should solve it for you

check if the stick is calibrated in the windows system prefs before setting any dead-zone stuff...
