how can i see what system i'vve found

Hi all CMDR !
I haven't play since a long time and i'm going back to it... but i would like to know if there is a way to see what star/system i have had explore few years ago... At that time i didn"t have EDSM or EDDiscovery, it looks like those can not find my old explorations. Basicely i would like to know what systeme i've found etc ...

You would need your old logs and journals and import them into EDSM possibly if they aren't readable by EDDiscovery. Mind you all is not lost, it may simply be that your old logs and journals are not in the default location so EDDiscovery can't find them, so the first thing to ask is, do you still have your old logs and journals on the current PC?
