How do I get what I paid for or get a refund?

I paid for the Planet Coaster early bird perk with the assumption that I would be able to not only create and ride the rides but also create guest groups and have the ability to search for specific guests when the game was released.

Obviously I did not get what I paid for. How can I get the feature I need through any means necessary or if not, How do I get a refund?

Early Bird did not give access to the group guest editor, that required an additional $60 purchase for access to the "VIP Group Editor" which was a bit overpriced IMO and for some reason its no longer available, I really miss the way RCT3 allowed for a full editor and the ability to see where your guests had been through pictures and passports

I wouldnt hold your breathe for a refund at this point, VIP and Early Bird sales ended over 2 years ago now

I thought the perk allowed early access to the game, plus a couple of minor things? Why did you assume that those things would come in to play? Unless it was specifically mentioned, then you can’t really ask for a refund on a two year old purchase just because it didn’t pan out the way you wanted.

Hog - I completely agree. It would be great to see the “story” of the guest. At the moment we have quite limited traits and the character view is a little shallow. Especially for those of us that like to “guest watch” (or in my case hunt the pickpockets!).

Actually it was specifically mentioned to me by a developer back in March of 2016. They told me that they would include the ability to create guests upon release and recommended that I buy the early bird perk. I did and have been disappointed to this day.

the problem here is how or where the word "guest" was pluralized, see they advertised "a guest editor" but in order to have a single group of guests you had to pay extra along with pre-ordering, but unfortunately we are very limited in the sense that we cannot create multiple groups of guest(s)

Well if you bought a VIP ticket for a group, you could can edit a group in the game. Which platform was this message on? I have never seen Frontier Developments called Frontier Games before.
