I have really only been concentrating on building coasters s that I can get used to it, but I have no idea how to change the default name of the coaster. I know this was restricted at one point, but I would have thought upon release the restriction would be gone. According to the game when I launch it, it is build 1.02.36363. Thanks for your help!

Nevermind, I figured it out. Not exactly the most obvious place, but I found it. [happy]
Because the OP didn't mention how it works, I'll tell you....
Click in the ride to bring up its info window. Up in the upper right corner of this window, next to the 2 square buttons, is a pencil icon. Click on that pencil to change the ride's name.
