How Do I Upload An Image From PC and NOT URL

Title pretty much says it.

I've searched and found something about adding an image but I do not show the correct buttons to do this. Just wondering and want to share some pics.

I might be wrong but I don't think its possible. What I do is I upload my images to http://imgur.com/ and link them.

Image upload is disabled on these forums with the exception of avatars and signature images. As joeybolufe suggests you should use a service like imgur and copy the bbcode link into your post.

I had done a forum search (cannot duplicate it now, ugh), and it had indicated instructions on how do attach a file (upload) to a post but I was not seeing that. I may try an URL or just not bother.
