Can I just buy a planetary vehicle hanger and SRV on a planetary base (the official video said they were more common there)? When I got close to a planetary base in a friendly system (powerplay) I couldn't find a way to ask permission to dock there and it's security blew my ship up :\
I've read that,"Those that have tall buildings on their icon in your navigation list have a starport." The planet I was try to land at has tall buildings in it's icon, Nang Ta-Khian 2 A, and there was only one planetary base there.
