How much bonus for mapping?

Anyone know how much bonus you get for mapping planets as opposed to simply FSS scanning them?
(is there a nice chart anywhere - couldn't find one using google)

It's significant: it can be into the millions per body for things like ELWs or terraformables. A basic iceball moon you'll get about 1800 for mapping (compared with 500 for scanning), so they're only really worth it if you're being completionist or wanting to find surface sites.

I expect there will be a replacement for the pre-3.3 chart soon, but I don't think anyone's made it yet.
