How to create a collection on Steam

As the title suggests, could somebody tell me how to create a collection on Steam? I have created 2 scenarios with some good initial feedback. I plan to make many more but want to put them all into one scenario collection.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have written several guides for this game, but I just spent the past 10 minutes trying to figure out where the link is to Create a new guide... and I cant figure it out [wacky] lol I think the link is broken... seriously Im not joking [blah] see here --->

You have to be in a collection to make one.

The only way i know how is to find any workshop item that is already in a collection. (See below if u need to find something). After you click on that item on the rightside of the screen it says something like "See item in collection". CLICK on it. You will see "Create collection" on the right side

if u need to find an item in a collection Anything from vintage dlc, in my workshop, is in a collection. If u want You can do a search for "vintage game area" by heatherg23 on steam
