How to enter cockpit in the nomad

Hi all,
I find it difficult to enter the seat back in the nomad.
How to do this and what keybind to use.
Just asking

Stand facing the back of the seat and when you are a few steps away the hint will appear with the bound key/button that you use to access a ship or SRV when on foot.

Note it's very easy to stand too close to the chair... step back a bit if you're not getting the prompt. It's super-annoying, I hope they tweak that.

Speaking of blue circles (lol you started it) when in an area with a lot of bio close to my ship I used to run around scanning until my energy got low then stand in the blue circle for a few seconds to recharge, now you have to actually sit down in the pilots seat to do that, maybe the Nomad should be fitted with a suit recharge socket somewhere! Preferably outside on the hull.

What also would be nice if the zoom of scanner-map could be adjusted manually (like in Ship) and not automatically by hight over ground...

I have become even more incredibly lazy since I got the Nomad and have walked over 100m to sample something only a couple of times.
If not a socket then a charging field that works when you are inside the body of the Nomad would be an option I prefferred as I often find lining up for a charging socket fiddly.

I found that you can also activate the boarding / resupply menu in any of the four corners of the nomads work bay.

You don't need the interior ship kit for this but, having one does make it easier to know where to access the menu.

My default key bind for this is "e".
