I do believe the CODEX is bugged bc it only shows I have made discoveries in the region I am already in
But I KNOW I have made discoveries in all the regions I have visited, which are rouglhy half of them
Just tried EDDiscovery, the thing is going to show every trip you have done since day 1 on a map, and you can see your discoveries, your stats and so on.
