How to fill in open areas in my park

Hey guys, so I am currently trying to build a fairytale theme park. I'm having a little time filling in the open areas in my park. I build a lot of coasters, flat rides, and such but I can only put in so many shops, knights, archers, tents, etc. I am trying to get creative. Any suggestions?

You can fill it up with anything. Foliage could be a good start. Use lots of foliage and mix it with rocks to create natural looking spots of scenery.

Good chance you already thought of these but:

You could create some 'scenes'. For example: have 2 jesters duelling - with some surroundings like an audience area and a dedicated place from which the king and queen can watch. Or how about a marketplace?

Don't forget a gorgeous big fountain. Or a jumping fountain. A pond (with a bridge)
A maze perhaps? Or just a walk-through park.

Never done this myself but some people even create their own fake rides.
Another thing you could try is make your own statue.
