Some people do have Palin unlocked, but there could potentially be more than one bug related to it and some people managed to be lucky enough to have gotten around them.

I had Sirius permit at some point, but it was removed from my account at some later point. (

Some people already had the Sirius permit OP, they aren't photoshopped they just had the objective completed already :p, but only FD would release a major patch expansion and gate one of the engineers behind something they must know is bugged.

I had the sirius permit from about a year ago. Unlocking all permits was one of my previous completionist goals.

Alright, I finally managed the grind to become allied with Sirius, now begins the wait for FDev to fix this.. Or I can already do the grind to obtain 25 unknown fragments before, yay. Or obtaining stuff to the upgrades with Qwent, which I dont need at all, since I have all that stuff from other engineers as well...

How do i get sirius corp to inviteme to see marco? I have the permit and im in the system i have done some extra missions for sirius corp but they still havent unlocked him for me? Got any tips?

Just relog to menu and into a different instance. The mission will show up eventually

I got mine at patterson station in sirius. I had been there many times before reloaded the mission board. Appeared 2 days after I got the sirius permit. Just fly about doing modular terminal missions going back and checking. That way when you do get it you will have the donation or at least have some of the 25 units

Further to this.
When I reached Bruce Prospect today I found that I was still Allied with Sirius Corporation despite losing the permit for some reason.
The permit was renewed immediately, and the Engineer access mission obtained from Patterson Enterprise in the home system.
The bug is fixed in my case. )

Getting the Sirius permit was "easy" for me (though I realized late that you need Allied status, not simply Friendly like Marco Qwent description suggest on the Engineer panel).

However, getting that damn Qwent invitation mission was a hassle. For about one hour I tried to switch solo/open to refresh mission board, fly to other stations / systems where Sirius Copr was the controlling faction...nada. Then after a few more refreshes of the MB, I got it.

Frustrating and wasting time as "hell".
