How to make delivery?

Mission = boom time delivery of 32 units of biowaste to Don's inheritance in Sothis system
Location = Don's inheritance Sothis system
Cargo = 32 units of mission tagged biowaste
Mission board does not list this mission, so it is not possible to make delivery.
I have quit to desk top and restarted, mission board is still screwed up. Since I am grinding Fed rank I don't want to abandon the mission but I have need of the now clogged cargo space.
Any tips on forcing this mission to complete would be greatly appreciated.

If you can't cash it in, then you have no option to abandon it. Then go to the cargo and select destroy. It will only make a small dent in your rep with the faction, nothing happens to your rank progress.

Are you sure you're on the correct delivery station? I made the mistake once landing on a station while I needed to be on the planet "above" it in the system map.

I am in the only Don's Inheritance in the Sothis system, but who knows with the way elite has been going lately perhaps I need to look for a mirror universe to turn this one in.
Good idea though, I have confused pick up and drop off stations in the past, but not this one. I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago on another account, that was solved by delivering goods picked up from the same station in the pick up order. This time it is the only outstanding mission from that station so I'm screwed🤬🤬🤬

Me thinks you are right, I abandon the mission and it locked elite up! Had to use program manager to force quit so I can try to deliver the rest of my cargo and clear the transactions tab.
